Our Shop and Shipping Policies
FOR THE SAFETY OF SHOP STAFF, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS AT THIS TIME. In extreme circumstances, we MAY allow an exchange for store credit. We will exchange for the price of the item you purchased minus shipping charges we paid for the original purchase and you pay return shipping. Please contact us before exchanging an item. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Items returned must arrive in their original condition, otherwise you will be responsible for loss in value.
(Please note that we are not responsible for misuse of the item. For instance, using a bowl as a chopping bowl which will produce gouges and then returning it, or using a spatula as a scraper tool, etc.) Wooden items you use everyday take a little extra care, but it's worth it to have an item that will last a lifetime and beyond.
Everything listed is ready to ship, and we ship worldwide! If you do live outside of the US, contact us first for a shipping quote. Standard shipping with USPS is free within the US. As much as we hate to do it, your item will be wrapped in protective plastic (if your wood item is left out in wet conditions, it is irreparable) and we use as much recycled packing materials as possible. We are shipping twice a week to increase our social distancing.
We ship first class or ground via USPS unless otherwise arranged. We have no control over carrier's times and the USPS is experiencing major delays.
